Welcome to Wiebe Nauta's Homepage

This web-site combines the private with the professional. Besides a curriculum vitae and information about current research projects private photos are also posted below.

By profession I am a development sociologist (and a tropical agriculturalist), trained at the International Agricultural College Deventer, the Agricultural University Wageningen and the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. I received my PhD at the end of 2001 and am, presently, a lecturer and assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences of Maastricht University.
