SHORT CURRICULUM VITAE

Benedict G.C. Dellaert is Meteor Research Chair and Professor at the Department of Marketing, Universiteit Maastricht. Previously he was Associate and Assistant Professor of Marketing at Tilburg University, The Netherlands and senior lecturer, Department of Marketing, The University of Sydney, Australia. He holds a Masters degree in Technology Management and a Ph.D. degree in Technical Sciences (Urban Planning) from Eindhoven University of Technology, the Netherlands.

His research interests are in consumer decision making, consumer-producer interaction, customization and personalization, retailing and tourism. His work has appeared in journals such as the Journal of Interactive Marketing, the Journal of Marketing Research and Marketing Letters. He has also published in tourism in journals like Annals of Tourism Research and Leisure Sciences.
